Here’s a detailed description of the process of billboard printing:

Design: The first step in the billboard printing process is designing the artwork. If you don’t have a design, our team of experienced designers can work with you to create a custom design that captures your brand and message in a way that’s visually striking.

Printing: Once the design is finalized, we use top-of-the-line printing equipment to print the artwork onto high-quality vinyl stickers. Our printers are calibrated to produce crisp, vibrant colors that will grab attention and make your message stand out.

Lamination: After the vinyl stickers are printed, we apply a layer of protective lamination to the surface. This lamination serves as a barrier against the elements, protecting the artwork from sun, rain, and other outdoor hazards that could cause fading or damage.

Mounting: With the vinyl stickers printed and laminated, we mount them onto durable PVC boards. The PVC boards provide a sturdy backing for the artwork, allowing it to stand up to the wind and weather.

Quality Control: Before your billboard is shipped or installed, we conduct a thorough quality control check to ensure that every detail is perfect. We inspect the vinyl stickers for any defects or imperfections, and we make sure that the finished billboard is free from any damage or flaws.

Lamination

We use a state-of-the-art lamination process to protect your billboard’s printed artwork from the elements and ensure its longevity. Our lamination process involves the following steps:

Printing: Once the artwork for your billboard is designed, we print it onto high-quality vinyl stickers using top-of-the-line printing equipment. Our printers are calibrated to produce vibrant, eye-catching colors that will grab attention and make your message stand out.

Drying: Before we apply the protective lamination layer, we allow the printed vinyl sticker to dry for 2 days. This ensures that the ink is fully cured and won’t be compromised during the lamination process.

Lamination: After the vinyl sticker has dried for two days, we apply a layer of clear, protective film over the top of the artwork. This film is designed to protect the printed image from sun, wind, rain, and other outdoor elements that could cause fading, peeling, or other damage.

Application: The film is applied to the surface of the vinyl stickers using a specialized machine that applies heat and pressure to ensure that the film adheres securely and smoothly to the surface of the artwork.

Trimming: After the film is applied, we trim away any excess material to ensure that the edges of the artwork are clean and even.

The result is a finished product that is protected against the elements and ready to be mounted onto a durable PVC board. At Stacey, we take great care to ensure that our lamination process is executed with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that your billboard will look its best for as long as possible. Mounting Sticker

To create a professional and durable sign, we use a process called mounting, which involves attaching sticker vinyl to a PVC board. This ensures that your sign is sturdy and long-lasting, even in outdoor or high-traffic environments.

First, we clean the PVC board to make sure it’s free of any dirt or debris. Then, we measure and cut the sticker vinyl to the correct size. Next, we carefully peel off the backing from the vinyl and align it with the PVC board, smoothing out any wrinkles or bubbles with a squeegee or similar tool. We trim any excess vinyl from the edges of the board and apply pressure to the entire surface to ensure a firm bond between the vinyl and the PVC board.

Mounting your sticker vinyl on PVC board ensures that your sign/billboard will be durable and able to withstand wear and tear. The PVC board provides a solid backing for the vinyl, preventing it from tearing or peeling off over time. Plus, the process of mounting helps to create a professional, polished look for your sign.

Do you have any questions about the mounting process or how it will affect your sign? We’re happy to explain anything in more detail and make sure you’re comfortable with the process before we begin.

Mounting PVC

When we need to mount a sticker or PVC board or Sticker on a Billboard Frame, we often use scaffolding to reach the right height and ensure that the board is securely attached. This is a common and safe practice that helps us get the job done quickly and efficiently.

First, we set up the scaffolding around the billboard frame, making sure that it is stable and secure. Then, we carefully position the sticker or PVC board on the frame, making sure it is straight and centered. Using specialized tools and equipment, we then attach the board to the frame, securing it tightly in place.

Using scaffolding allows us to safely and efficiently reach the necessary height to mount your board. It also helps to ensure that the board is securely attached and won’t come loose over time. Plus, our team is trained and experienced in working with scaffolding and will take all necessary safety precautions to ensure a safe and successful installation.

Do you have any questions or concerns about using scaffolding to mount your board? We’re happy to explain the process in more detail and address any specific concerns you may have.
